Job Description
We are looking for a full time Telecommunications Project Coordinator who will be responsible
for the coordination of telco projects in Germany (FTTH-FTTC-FTTB).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical / Civil)
- 2+ years of working experience in Project Management
- 1+ years of working experience in FTTH sector
- Strong command in English language
- Knowledge of German language would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Office Suite
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a high-pace environment
- Efficient time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel
Specification Analysis of Telecommunication Networks based on the provider
- Responsible for the project coordination from start to end, while being able to identify
- and monitor every stage of it (master-plan overview and project metrics).
- Ensuring all data are entered correctly and timely across all platiorms (internal
- & external) on a weekly basis.
- Following up on the implementation process of the project in the field by keeping track
- of the number of appointments completed and of the documentation delivery
- Supervision of teams in the field.
- Daily follow up of the tasks completed and ad hoc database update.
- QA check of the task performed, ensuring proper quality standards are met.
- Interdepartmental collaboration and communication regarding arising problems.
- Resolving issues alongside the civil works teams, handling also pending issues and noting
- possible causes.
- Participation in weekly Roll – out meeting.
- Weekly reports presenting the overall progress of the project and providing an estimate
- of the time of completion.
