Job Description

We are looking for a full time Telecommunications Project Coordinator who will be responsible
for the coordination of telco projects in Germany (FTTH-FTTC-FTTB).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical / Civil)
• 2+ years of working experience in Project Management
• 1+ years of working experience in FTTH sector
• Strong command in English language
• Knowledge of German language would be considered an asset
• Knowledge of Office Suite
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a high-pace environment
• Efficient time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to travel

• Responsible for the project coordination from start to end, while being able to identify
• and monitor every stage of it (master-plan overview and project metrics).
• Ensuring all data are entered correctly and timely across all platiorms (internal
• & external) on a weekly basis.
• Following up on the implementation process of the project in the field by keeping track
• of the number of appointments completed and of the documentation delivery
• Supervision of teams in the field.
• Daily follow up of the tasks completed and ad hoc database update.
• QA check of the task performed, ensuring proper quality standards are met.
• Interdepartmental collaboration and communication regarding arising problems.
• Resolving issues alongside the civil works teams, handling also pending issues and noting
• possible causes.
• Participation in weekly Roll – out meeting.
• Weekly reports presenting the overall progress of the project and providing an estimate
• of the time of completion.
